How to cancel my membership?

You need to be logged in, go to your profile and from there
uncheck the "Yes, Please Auto-Renew my membership"

Financial and personal information that you provide as part of any order of products and services on this web site is only used for authorization and billing purposes. We do not use "cookies" of any type on this except, except those used soley for maintaining sessions. We do not collect information about your viewing preferences.

How do I join this site?

Answer:
Follow this link [http://www.StraddleProductionsTV.com/join.asp] here or from any page on the site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Membership is for thirty consecutive days from the day you join. During the join process you can opt to automatically be re-billed for the following month or opt for a single month membership. Each new member sign-up at StraddleProductionsTV entitles the new member to subtract the membership fee from the purchase of regularly priced videotape orders.

Membership entitles you to download site photos and clips to your own computer for your own personal use. You may access the Members site for viewing or downloading for as long as your membership is valid.

Membership does NOT entitle you to access or download or save the streaming videos to your own computer. Streaming downloads are accessed by a �token� system. See �How do I order Streaming Video Downloads?� for more details.

I am having problems navigating the site.

If you are clicking on the next button and nothing is happening the reason for that is most likely your JavaScript is turned off or not working properly on your browser. To turn on JavaScript in IE you can go to Tools->Internet Options, then click on Security tab. From there you need to select Internet and click Costume Level and make sure Scripting is Enabled. If that does not work you need to Reinstall your browser.

I live outside the USA, what do I do?

We're working on internationalization and should have it ready shortly. You won't miss anything as we will not take down anything that's up there now, just add more over time. Please keep checking back often as we are doing constant upgrades to this site.

How do I order Video Downloads?

Answer:
Tokens for Streaming Video Clubs may be ordered on-line with a credit card; we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you buy a number of tokens but don�t use them all, your token bank will be saved by StraddleProductionsTV . When you return to the site, your token bank will be waiting for you. Your tokens NEVER expire � you may hold them for as long as the web site exists.

Follow this link to the �Downloads" and follow the instructions. To begin the order process:

Click on the "Tokens" link at the Streaming Download Center or at any page. Note that you can buy tokens in increments of 25, 50 and 100. Next click on the basket link in the top right corner.

When you have verified that you want to purchase all of the items listed in the basket, click the "next" button in the bottom right corner. Enter the personal information requested on the form. The username and password will be values you wish to use to access the photo club(s) or steaming video club(s) you are ordering. After you enter all of the information on the form, click the "Next" button. At this point our on-line credit card authentication process begins. Please wait until the authentication process has been completed -- this may take a minute or less. Once this process has been completed, you will be notified that your order was accepted or rejected. Once you are notified that your order was accepted, you can access what you ordered using your username and password.

How do I access the Streaming Video Downloads?

Answer:
Follow this link (http://www.StraddleProductionsTV/DownloadsList.asp) or any hyperlink to Downloads (there should be one on every page in the site). Your browser will display all of the clips available and will advise you if you have already downloaded a specific clip.�Your remaining token bank for the username and password is always displayed in the top right corner of the page.

How do I download Images and Clips in Member�s Site?

Answer:
Images within a photo club may be downloaded one at a time. When saving the image do not use the "File / Save As", "File / Save Frame As", or "Save Link As" commands. Because of the way we display photo club images, these commands will not save the image data. Instead, you must use the "Save Image As" or "Save Picture As" commands (depending upon your type of browser) as described below:

For Microsoft Internet Explorer Right click over the image.
Choose "Save Picture As".
In the "Save Picture" window select a location on your hard drive on which to save the image.
Replace the name in the "File name:" box with a new name ending in ".jpg". For example: Jade1.jpg
Click the "Save" button to save the image.

For Netscape
Right click over the image
Choose "Save Image As"
In the "Save As" window select a location on your hard drive on which to save the image.
Replace the name in the "File name:" box with a new name ending in ".jpg". For example: Jade1.jpg
Click the "Save" button to save the image.

How do I get the "Member Price"?

Answer:
Another great benefit of our Membership! Once you are a member, to get the Member Price for a Video-On-Demand or Clip purchase, simply add the item to your basket! We do the rest!

My download broke in the middle. Will I lose tokens if I try to start it again?�How many tries can I make to download a video?��After I download one file, how many more times can I download the same video?

Answer:
After the first attempt, you have up to 5 days to download a file.�� IF you get the "Page not found" in the little popup box on your first attempt, then something may be broken and you may be charged again. If this happens please email webmaster@StraddleProductionsTV.com for resolution. Once you have downloaded a video, the website will remember that you have previously paid for it and will allow you to start the download again. If your 5-day window has expired, it will warn you that you have previously bought it. You can choose to buy it again or select a different download.

How do I order videos?

Answer:
Just click on the "Add to Cart" icon under the video title!

Where is my video? When do I get it?

Answer:
Your video will be shipped as soon as possible. In the best case, the ship date will be within 2 business days after the day you placed your order. However, at some times a video may be on backorder, or we are out of the office at a competition. We will do our best to ship your video ASAP, but please allow two to three weeks for your video to arrive.

How do I email a woman on this web site?

Answer:
We are not authorized to give out email addresses or provide contact with any of the models on our web site.

Why won't my order go through?

Answer:
It is possible that we are experiencing network or server difficulties accepting orders. Aside from this situation, if your credit card charge was refused you will not be able to complete any on-line purchase. Please note: if you have ever charged back on a credit card purchase made on any of our web sites, or if we suspect you of fraud or misuse of our web site and its images, we may disallow any future orders you make. If you have further questions regarding not being able to order, contact us by email.

Can I share my membership with my friend?
